SEC Proposes Rule and Form Amendments for EDGAR Access and Account Management

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing rule and form amendments to improve access to and management of accounts on the EDGAR system, which includes optional APIs for machine-to-machine communication with EDGAR.
