EPA Solicits Public Comment on Proposed Renewal of Chemical Export Notification ICR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed renewal of an approved Information Collection Request (ICR) related to the notification of chemical exports under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 12(b), set to expire on May 31, 2024.
