EPA Proposes Approval of Second 10-Year PM 10 Maintenance Plan for Sacramento County, California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to California's State Implementation Plan, which includes a plan to maintain the national ambient air quality standards for particulate matter of 10 microns or less (PM 10) in Sacramento County.
