FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for De Havilland Aircraft Model DHC-8-401 and -402 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive to address reports of moisture in the wing-to-fuselage joint of certain De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Model DHC-8-401 and -402 airplanes.
