Establishment of Area Navigation (RNAV) Routes in Eastern United States

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) establishes four low-altitude RNAV routes in support of the VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Minimum Operational Network (MON) Program, aiming to expand enroute structure and facilitate transition to satellite-based navigation within the National Airspace System (NAS).
