NMFS Announces 12-Month Determination on Petition to Revise North Pacific Right Whale Critical Habitat

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is revising the critical habitat designation for the North Pacific right whale (Eubalaena japonica) based on new information and data, following a 12-month review of a petition submitted under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
