Revised Non-Foreign Overseas Per Diem Rates

The Defense Human Resources Activity has published Bulletin Number 324, which updates per diem rates for subsistence expenses while traveling to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, following a review of FY 2023 lodging and meal rates for the U.S. Virgin Islands.
