Rescinding a Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement: Delaware County, NY

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) are rescinding a 2001 Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed project to improve New York State Route 17 in Delaware County, New York, due to changes in funding and design resources.
