Air Plan Approval; Indiana; ArcelorMittal and NIPSCO Sulfur Dioxide Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the sulfur dioxide portion of Indiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA), resulting in decreases in allowable SO2 emissions at three facilities, including NIPSCO and ArcelorMittal facilities. The revisions were proposed on June 26, 2023, and received no adverse comments.
