ACF Proposes Rule to Allow Title IV-E Agencies to Claim Federal Financial Participation for Foster Care Legal Representation

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is proposing a rule to allow Title IV-E agencies to claim federal financial participation for the administrative cost of attorneys providing legal representation in foster care proceedings for eligible children and their families.
