FHWA and Arizona Propose Second Renewal of MOU Assigning Environmental Responsibilities

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the State of Arizona are proposing a second renewal of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that assigns certain federal environmental responsibilities to the state, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) authority for categorical exclusions (CEs).
