BOEM Announces Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement for Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Project

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has released the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) for the proposed Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Commercial Project, which will inform its decision on whether to approve or disapprove the construction and operations plan submitted by Dominion Energy.
