CDC Recommences Reporting Requirements for FCLAA and CSTHEA

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recommenced data submissions for cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products under the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act (FCLAA) and Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act (CSTHEA), with required reports due by March 31, 2024.
