CMS Extends CLIA Exemption Period for Washington State Laboratories

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has extended the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) exemption period for laboratories licensed by the State of Washington for an additional 6 months, until April 2, 2024.
