U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Countervailable Subsidies on Steel Cylinders from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that producers and exporters of non-refillable steel cylinders from India are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this preliminary determination.
