Delay of Effectiveness for Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has delayed the effectiveness of a provision that prohibits grappling into or anchoring on shipwreck sites until October 1, 2024, for the Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary, which was designated on June 23, 2021.
