CMS Withdraws Public Comment Requests for Certain Information Collection Activities

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) withdrew public comment requests for five information collection activities, including the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Regulations and granting and withdrawal of deeming authority to private nonprofit accreditation organizations, as part of its submission for OMB review.
