EPA Approves Florida's Plan to Remove Outdated CAIR and RACT Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a portion of Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, removing several Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) rules for particulate matter (PM) due to their obsolescence.
