Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has been requested to approve the continued use of the Facility Access Media (FAM) Request, NA Form 6006, for individuals requesting recurring access to non-public areas of NARA's facilities and IT network, and the public is invited to comment on the proposed information collection.
