DHS Extends and Redesignates Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status

The Department of Homeland Security extends Venezuela's Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months, allowing existing beneficiaries to retain their status through September 10, 2025, and redesignates the country for TPS, enabling additional individuals to apply for the first time starting July 31, 2023.
