NPRM Proposes New Regulations for Unaccompanied Children Program

The Office of Refugee Resettlement proposes a new rule to establish a foundation for the Unaccompanied Children Program, consistent with its statutory duties, and to enhance transparency, in accordance with the 1997 Flores Settlement Agreement and the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008.
