National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities Research Endowment Programs Regulation Amendment

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to update the regulation governing the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities Research Endowment Programs to reflect changes mandated by statute, including expanded eligibility requirements and new program name.
