HUD to Create New System of Records, Voice of the Customer (VoC)

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a public notice of its intent to create a new system of records called Voice of the Customer (VoC), in response to Executive Order 14058, issued on December 13, 2021. The VoC platform aims to improve customer satisfaction and trust in the Federal Government by collecting customer feedback.
