NAFTA Binational Panel Reviews: Fabricated Structural Steel from Mexico Dispute Terminated

The NAFTA Secretariat has completed the panel review of the Certain Fabricated Structural Steel from Mexico IN dispute, following a consent motion from the American Institute of Steel Construction, LLC, and the dispute has been terminated effective September 28, 2023.
