U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Mexico are Sold at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Mexican producers/exporters of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes sold the subject merchandise at less than its normal value during the 2021-2022 period of review.
