The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has made available a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for US Wind Inc's proposed Maryland Offshore Wind Project, which will inform the agency's decision on whether to approve or modify the project's construction and operations plan (COP).
