CDC Invites Public Comment on Proposed HIV Data Collection

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking public input on a proposed data collection, Surveillance of HIV-related service barriers among Individuals with Early or Late HIV Diagnoses (SHIELD), to better understand barriers to HIV prevention and testing services.
