Joint Rules of Appellate Procedure for Courts of Criminal Appeals; Proposed Changes

The Department of Justice has announced proposed changes to the Joint Rules of Appellate Procedure for Courts of Criminal Appeals, which will expand the jurisdiction of these courts and create special trial counsel, and is seeking public review and comment before implementation.
