U.S. Department of Commerce Suspending Antidumping Duty Investigation on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that two Mexican companies, Ceuta Produce and Valores Horticolas Del Pacifico, complied with an agreement suspending an antidumping duty investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico for the 2021-2022 period, with minor exceptions.
