U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of Mexican ESB Rubber

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Mexican producers/exporters of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber did not sell at prices below normal value during a review period, and Dynasol Elastomeros S.A. de C.V. had no shipments.
