Delegation of Authority Under Section 614(a)(1) and Section 506(a)(1) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961

The U.S. Department of State has delegated authority to the Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs to make certain decisions related to foreign military financing and the sale of defense articles, as outlined in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
