U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Findings on Petitions to Reclassify West Indian Manatee

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced 90-day findings on petitions to reclassify the West Indian manatee, including the Puerto Rico population of the Antillean manatee, as endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
