DHS to Extend Comment Period for Information Collection Request on Sexual Abuse and Assault in Confinement Facilities

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending the comment period for an information collection request related to preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and assault in confinement facilities, following no public comments received on the initial 60-day notice published in the Federal Register on August 3, 2023.
