NAFTA Binational Panel Completes Review of US-Canada Steel Dispute

The USA-CDA-2020-1904-05 Panel has terminated the review of a dispute over Certain Fabricated Structural Steel from Canada, following a consent motion filed by the American Institute of Steel Construction, LLC, and is effective as of September 28, 2023.
