NAFTA Binational Panel Reviews: Fabricated Structural Steel from Canada AD Dispute Terminated

The USA-CDA-2020-1904-02 Panel has completed the review of the Certain Fabricated Structural Steel from Canada Final Affirmative Antidumping Duty Determination, following a consent motion filed by the American Institute of Steel Construction, LLC, and the ruling is effective as of September 28, 2023.
