SEC Exempts Review of Rules Under Regulatory Flexibility Act

The Securities and Exchange Commission has determined that no rules are required to be reviewed under the Regulatory Flexibility Act during the next 12 months, thus exempting them from publishing a list of rules to be reviewed.
