HHS Modifies System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is updating its 'Records About Requesters of Restricted Datasets' system to include records from the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and make other changes, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
