EPA Approves Arkansas State Implementation Plan Revisions to Address Excess Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved two revisions to the Arkansas State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Governor, addressing excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, as required by the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
