Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee to Hold Ninth Public Meeting

The Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee will meet to negotiate and advise the Secretary of the Interior on a proposed rule to implement the PROGRESS Act, which aims to enhance self-governance and self-determination for Indian tribes, as mandated by the 2019 PROGRESS Act.
