Department of the Army Proposes New System of Records for Workplace Safety Management

The Department of the Army is proposing a new system of records, Army Safety Management Program Records (ASMPR)-A0385-1 DAS, to manage and prevent work-related illnesses and injuries, and has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to exempt this system from certain provisions of the Privacy Act.
