DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS to Implement Permanent Mentor-Protégé Program Authorization

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 that permanently authorizes and modifies the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program.
