FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for WACO Classic Aircraft Corporation Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive for WACO Classic Aircraft Corporation Model 2T-1A-2 airplanes due to reports of cracks at the leading and trailing edge former ribs in the upper wing center section. The proposed directive requires installing placards, inspecting and replacing cracked ribs, and modifying the wing assembly.
