SEC Requests Public Comment on Extension of Regulation 13D and 13G

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has submitted a request for public comment on the extension of Regulation 13D and 13G, which govern the reporting of certain transactions by institutional investors, until March 2025.
