CMS Withdraws Medicaid Program Rules on Average Manufacturer Price and Multiple Source Drugs
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has withdrawn two provisions from the 2007 Medicaid Program final rule, including the average manufacturer price and federal upper limits for multiple source drugs, as well as the definition of multiple source drugs published in 2008.
