Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for USNS Robert Kennedy Launch in San Diego Bay

The US Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in San Diego Bay to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment during the launch and berthing of the USNS Robert Kennedy, a ship built by General Dynamics NASSCO.
