SEC Proposes New System to Track Workplace Harassment Allegations

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposes to establish a new system of records, SEC-36, to track internal inquiries and investigations into workplace harassment allegations, as well as resolutions of these allegations, under the Privacy Act of 1974.
