SEPTA Requests Amendment to Positive Train Control System

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has submitted a request for amendment to its FRA-certified positive train control system, and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is inviting public comment on the proposal, which was submitted on October 20, 2023.
