HHS Re-establishes Computer Matching Program with DoD for Affordable Care Act Verification

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is re-establishing a computer matching program with the Department of Defense to verify eligibility for minimum essential coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act through a DoD health benefits plan, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
