HUD Announces Vacant Loan Sales 2024-1

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to sell approximately 1,610 reverse mortgage notes secured by vacant properties with a loan balance of around $395 million, with a bidding process set to take place on December 5, 2023.
