EPA Proposes Settlements for Bennett Landfill Fire Superfund Site in South Carolina

The US Environmental Protection Agency is proposing individual settlements with three parties to cover costs for a cleanup at the Bennett Landfill Fire Site in Chester, South Carolina, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).
